Very Good
Hotel location was really good. Room was clean and calm. TV was working and there was various different channels.
That there was no wardrobe in a room. Also the bed mattress was very soft, that's why our backs always hurts in the morning. No tea or coffee in the room. The bathroom was not in separate room but just separated with the plastic sheets

Could be better...
The hotel is well located in the sense that it is just in front of a metromover station that takes you to the centre. The room was simple and modern, good for a short-term stay. It has a set of coloured lights around the room to create some kind of atmosphere which can be cool.
The location is not ideal if you are looking for the glamorous side of miami (if so, I wouldn't recommend Miami downtown in general). The hotel has an offer that says that if you don't require housekeeping for 2/3 days in a row, you get a money voucher to use at their restaurant. When we asked reception and the restaurant about it, the staff told us contradicting things, so in the end we didn't get anything. When the room was cleaned, one day some towels were removed but not replaced, and our bedsheets were not changed either despite us staying for 7 days. On day 1 when we arrived, the floor hadn't been cleaned and was very dusty. I suspect that it was not cleaned either on the days when housekeeping came to our bedroom.
